It is very easy to change blogger template. You have to follow some steps to change your blogger template.
Step 1: After log in your blogger site your have to click on Layout
Step 2: Now Click on Pick New Template
Step 3: After clicking On Pick New Template you will see the list of some Templates. Now you have to choose One Template from the list. I recommend you to choose a width Template.
Step 4: Select the Template
Step 5: Click on Save Template to save your chosen Template in your blogger blog
Step 6: Now you have to click on "View Blog" to see your blog
